# ⌬ subtext

A protocol that lets ordinary text carry structured data, invisibly. Copy-paste becomes a transport. No file, no link, no API key — the message is the payload.

## How

Unicode Variation Selectors (256 codepoints across U+FE00–U+FE0F and U+E0100–U+E01EF) map one-to-one to byte values. By appending VS sequences to a cover string, arbitrary bytes ride along as invisible characters.

Verified on Slack, X, TikTok DM, and LINE.

## Open layer

The protocol library (subtext-core) ships MIT. The iOS app sits on top.
